View All Calendars is the default. Choose Select a Calendar to view a specific calendar. Subscribe to calendar notifications by clicking on the Notify Me button and you will automatically be alerted of the latest events in our community.
If you have any questions concerning your new valuation, there will be an Open Book session held by Accurate Appraisal, LLC at Lodi City Hall where you can meet individually with one of the appraisers. The Open Book sessions will be held on Wednesday, May 16th from Noon to 3:15 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm and also on Thursday, May 17th from 9:00 am to Noon and 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm.
Online scheduling is now available. If you wish to meet with one of the appraisers, please log on to www.accurateassessor.com and click the Appointment link. Please follow the directions, as the entire process should only take a few minutes. If you do not have Internet access, please call Accurate Appraisal, LLC at 1-800-770-3927 for an appointment. If you cannot make the arranged appointment times and you wish to discuss your assessment with us, you can call our office or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When appearing at the Open Book session, please bring your notice with you. If you are no longer the owner of the property described on the enclosed property assessment notice, please return it to Accurate Appraisal LLC, P.O. Box 415, Menasha, WI 54952.
If, after the Open Book session, you wish to object to the assessment, contact Lanette Mayberry – Deputy City Clerk at 608-592-3247 to file a “Form of Objection” and to schedule an appointment before the local Board of Review. You will need to file a written or oral intent to object with the Municipal Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review. The Board of Review will be meeting at Lodi City Hall on Thursday, June 21st from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
