Lodi Utilities Air Conditioner Rebate

Does your central air conditioner need some TLC? Air conditioners can lose up to 5 percent of their original efficiency every year if they are not serviced. That’s why Lodi Utilities is offering a $25 cash rebate to get your A/C tuned up by a professional service technician. You’ll use less energy because your air conditioner will run more efficiently. And don’t forget to regularly replace air conditioning filters. A dirty filter will slow down air flow and make the system work harder—wasting energy.

To receive the $25 rebate, the following program requirements must be met:

  • The Central Air Tune-Up Discount Program is available only to residential & business customers with a valid Lodi Utilities electric account.
  • Only central air conditioning units of 5 tons or less that have not had a tune-up within the last three years are eligible.
  • Qualifying tune-ups must include all items listed in the 12-point checklist and must be performed by a professional heating and cooling service technician.
  • In no case will Lodi Utilities pay more than 100% of the actual purchase price of the central air conditioner inspection and tune-up.
  • Qualifying inspections and tune-ups must be completed between May 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017.

Be sure to complete the application form, attach the original sales receipt or paid invoice, and drop off the application at Lodi Utilities or mail it to the address on the form. Rebate applications must be submitted by October 31, 2017.
