State Safer at Home Order Overturned

Update

On May 13, 2020, the Wisconsin Supreme Court Overturned Safer at Home Emergency Order #28. In a news release, the Columbia County Board of Supervisors indicated they met May 14, 2020 and unanimously voted to follow the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision. Effective immediately, businesses can choose to open without restrictions. The City of Lodi recommends businesses follow guidelines put in place by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and the Centers for Disease Control

Due to the overturning of the Safer at Home order, the City playground equipment can be used at the public’s discretion. Playground equipment will not be sanitized. The public should use the equipment at their own risk and take appropriate precautions.  However, please be aware other than the playground equipment, the City’s parks are not officially open.

In general, the City encourages the public to continue with social distancing, wear masks in public, and follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and the Columbia County Department of Health and Human Services
