View and Pay Lodi Utilities Bills Online Through MyAccount

Lodi Utilities MyAccount

Lodi Utilities customers now have the ability to view their energy use and pay their bill online using MyAccount. All customers signed up for MyAccount by December 15, 2020 will be entered in a drawing to win a $100.00 bill credit.

Take control of managing water and energy use by following these steps:

  1. Create an account. Click "Create an Account" after opening the Lodi Utilities MyAccount page. Be sure to use the correct account number and account name as they appear on a monthly utility bill when creating an account.
  2. View and pay a bill. See current and past billing history and securely pay bills using a credit card or bank account. Auto Pay sign up is even available.
  3. Manage data. After creating an account, check back for trends, track usage, and receive energy-related alerts and challenges.
  4. Participate in the Save to Give Challenge. Rolling out in early 2021, participants in the challenge can save energy and help raise up to $25,000 for local non-profit organizations.

MyAccount is accessible from any device and can be used at any time. Analyzing and managing energy use has never been easier.
