A permit is required for special events in the City of Lodi. The application and fee of $25.00 must be submitted in accordance with the ordinance. A detailed site or route map, a list of specific city and/or utility services, a certificate of insurance, a protection plan summary, and an emergency plan must be attached to the application. Once the required documents are submitted, the applicant will meet with city officials to address any concerns.
