The City of Lodi is a full service city. Property taxes are levied, and along with other revenues, fund the services provided. The main operating departments are the Police, Public Works, and Parks departments. Administrative activities take place in the City Clerk, Finance and Human Resources areas. Specialized services are contracted out.
