The City of Lodi is hosting a Corridor Plan Public Input meeting tonight at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 130 South Main Street. This meeting will provide additional information regarding the Main Street corridor streetscape plan and urban design project.
The project, which began in the fall of 2015, incorporates different design elements, sidewalk and street width options, as well as routes for a path connecting various parks or other elements. Approximately 27 people attended the initial November public input meeting, with 58 people responding through an online survey, for a total of 85 responses concerning the design of Main Street. The consulting firm Vierbicher has prepared recommendations based on the public’s responses. However, additional public input is requested on the project’s draft plan.
This meeting is an opportunity for citizens, business owners, and property owners to provide additional input into the character and development of Main Street.
